10 Weeks/ 1 Hour session per week.

Overview
The AKC Canine Good Citizen® program is a recognized and trusted training and certification initiative by the American Kennel Club (AKC) that enables dog owners to learn together while mastering 10 essential skills.
Key Features:
Open to dogs of all breeds aged 6 months and older.
Covers essential commands and manners.
Emphasizes responsible dog ownership, proper care, grooming, and health awareness.
Successful completion earns an AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate and ribbon, included with purchase of the class.
Official AKC CGC title option available for additional fee.
Canine Good Citizen Test Items
Test 1 : Accepting a friendly stranger
Test 2 : Sitting politely for petting
Test 3 : Appearance and grooming
Test 4: Out for a walk (walking on a loose lead)
Test 5: Walking through a crowd
Test 6: Sit and down on cue and stay in place
Test 7: Coming when called
Test 8: Reaction to another dog
Test 9: Reaction to distraction
Test 10: Supervised separation
